| The stucco walls which are built around most patio homes are built like a foundation of a home. The base is 0'8"
wide and 1'0" deep. There are steel posts set in the concrete base every
10'0". The steel posts are set 3'0" deep in concrete. This was an
expensive way to build a fence but it ensured the longevity of the fence by ensuring that
the fence would not dry rot out from the bottom. |
