Oak Knoll #1 was the 1st of 4 tract that were built from similar
plans.

order we built them:
We offered many options in this Tract. In fact, these
houses were built like custom homes. In Oak Knoll #1 & #2 we built
models and had the buyers pick out their options. These were not
your typical options. You could choose ceiling height, kitchen
cabinets, interior doors & exterior doors to name a few. In the
latter tracts buyer could page through black and white photos of all the
various options available to them. We have found some of these
original photo's. They are similar to what was available in Oak
Knoll #1
