| We built Shady Springs after we built Oak Knoll 1 & 2. We built
4 tracts with similar plans. The Tracts listed below are in the
order we built them:
We offered many options in this Tract. In fact, these
houses were built like custom homes. These were not your typical
options. You could choose ceiling height, kitchen cabinets, interior
doors & exterior doors to name a few. This was accomplished by
letting the buyer page through black and white photos of all the
various options available to them. We have found some of these
original photo's.
