| We built these 6 Bahl Patio Homes at the same time we were building
the Patio Homes at the Cheyenne
North subdivision. They are of the same design. These
houses have deeper lots than most Patio Homes. They are about 112
feet deep. These lots were
originally zoned as duplex lots. We filed a
parcel map to build
these house. Their was no model home for this small subdivision.
We used the model home for Cheyenne North.
In the Last couple of years we have listed and sold 3 of these 6
houses. In fact,
the picture we use on our listing page, is from one of these houses.
The owner had put on a foam roof which needed to be torn off and replaced. |
