What Exactly is a Bahl Patio Home

A Bahl Patio Home is a home that was designed, developed & built by Bahl Homes. It is a unique design which takes advantage of our beautiful year round weather in Santa Clara County. The concept is of indoor/outdoor living. This necessitates the extensive use of glass in the design. The houses were built on a slab to lower them to the ground. The house and patio are to flow as one. The overriding theme of a Patio Home is privacy. In order to achieve this, we built an 8'0" high wall completely surrounding most of the homes. There are 5 different styles of Patio Homes. They range in size from 1200 to 2200 square feet. There are both single family detached and townhouse.

    • Listed in 2004 - We listed and sold this house in 2001 for the Estate of Dr. Anderson. We Repaired the deferred maintenance, performed the Termite work and upgraded the house for the Estate. We advanced these costs to the Estate at 0% interest. We then listed and sold the house again in 2004 for the Buyers who bought it in 2001 and remodeled it.
