| This is a "Top of the Line" Carrier High Efficiency Zoned Heating &
Cooling System. There are 4 separate programmable zones in the
house. The 4 Zones are the Upstairs Master Suite, the Upstairs
Bedroom/Home Office, the Downstairs Master Bedroom and the 4 zone
controlling the rest of the downstairs. There are 4 temperature
sensitive small plastic devises in the house. These devises are in
constantly wireless communicate with the programmable thermostat.
When a zone reaches it temperature threshold, the zone activates turns on
the Heating & Cooling System. Electronically controlled dampers are
in the air ducts so only the zones which need heating or cooling are
serviced.
